Dr. Cassie uses physical therapy as a foundation in her treatments.


Meghan is an RMT and fifth year Candidate at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. Meghan has always believed in a natural, whole body approach to health care. Meghan’s approach uses gentle musculoskeletal techniques, cranial sacral therapy, and a strong understanding of biomechanics. Most importantly, Meghan educates her patients, so they can understand their journey to optimal health. Meghan’s love for playing soccer, developed her interest in the body and how it moves which led her to Brock University where she earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours). At Brock she also earned the position of Athletic Trainer for the Woman’s Varsity Soccer Team. Discovering her passion for hands-on therapy Meghan enrolled at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2014. Through ongoing education with the Institute for Functional Medicine, Dr. Cassie continues to advance her understanding of treating complex, chronic disease with diet, lifestyle, and natural medicines.

Dr. Cassie is a Certified Bowen Practitioner, and she incorporates this gentle physical therapy in her treatment plans to reduce pain, relieve stress, and promote optimal body function. She is also certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture.

Dr. Cassie completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario, where she was awarded two gold medals as the top graduating student in both of her disciplines. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her clinical internship, Cassie was selected to practise in the Fertility & Reproductive Health focus clinic, where she received additional training and experience serving those with fertility challenges, PCOS, endometriosis and throughout menopause.

Mary is a Naturopathic Doctor who is energetically passionate about making healthy lifestyle choices, both for ourselves and the environment. She focuses on understanding each individual’s health story, identifying patterns of imbalance and disease and developing a custom treatment plan to address any areas of the body requiring support. She is excited to help patients realize their potential for health and guide them on a journey to recovery and health optimization.

Mary welcomes all patients to her family practice. She has a special interest in Digestive Health, Reproductive Health and Naturopathic Endocrinology. Conditions treated include hypothyroidism, Grave’s disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, adrenal fatigue, diabetes, digestive concerns (IBS, GERD, bloating, colitis, food sensitivities etc), menstrual irregularities & PMS, unexplained infertility, PCOS, acne, eczema, anxiety & depression and sleep disturbances, among others.
